Production time

Every Storybrush book is made to order. From the moment you place your order, we paint your characters, prepare your print files, and ship within 3 business days.

Delivery times (Australia)

We ship from our printing partner in Australia using Australia Post and Star Track. Estimated delivery from dispatch:

Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth metro	2–3 business days
Other capital cities	3–5 business days
Regional and remote	5–8 business days

Total time from order to door: typically 5–8 business days.

Tracking

Once your book ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can check progress at the carrier's website.

International shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping (New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States) is on the way — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when we launch.

Lost or late parcels

If your book hasn't arrived 10 business days after dispatch, email info@storybrush.com.au and we'll lodge an investigation with the carrier. If it's confirmed lost in transit we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Gift orders

Sending a Storybrush book as a gift? Add a free dedication and gift wrapping at checkout. We'll never include a price on the packing slip.
